Our concept combines this authentic atmosphere with a modern and conscious approach to food:

Culinary enjoyment: homemade pasta, crispy sourdough pizza and seasonal Italian specialities – prepared with carefully selected ingredients, genuine craftsmanship and attention to detail.

Organic & provenance: step by step, we are introducing more organic products from Switzerland. Wherever possible, we choose regional and seasonal ingredients from producers we trust. For us, quality also means knowing where our food comes from.
